The "mission" of the FMS
is accomplished by a paid (part-time) staff plus a volunteer Board of Directors. The staff consists of Artistic Director Mark Cudek, Managing Director Gail McDermott-Bowler and Executive Secretary Mary Ellen Roberts . Board members donate countless hours in a labor of love.
